Nathan Hill welcomes all clients to use the online booking system for tattoo appointments based on the available dates and times shown.
We trust clients will use common sense and book appointments that best match their tattoo needs. If we identify any booking issues or discrepancies, we will kindly reach out to discuss or amend the booking.
All essential details including exact location, parking, what to bring, how to prepare, aftercare instructions, and contact information will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Payments and Pricing
All bookings require full upfront payment*.
Prices shown are fixed and final* unless stated otherwise.
No further payment is required beyond what is displayed during booking.
We do not offer refunds* under any circumstance (see Section 6).

Managing Your Appointment
Nathan does not monitor or manage appointments. Clients are responsible for making and managing their own bookings. The system is designed to be clear, user-friendly, and provide full control over appointments.
Rescheduling and Cancellations:
You are allowed one reschedule per booking*.
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 14 days before* your appointment.
Use the “Cancel/Reschedule”* link found in your booking confirmation email.
After this 14-day period, your appointment will be void* if not attended, and you will need to make a new booking.

Appointment Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your appointment to a friend or family member, provided they are:

Refund Policy
Nathan Hill Studio operates a strict no refund policy.
No refunds will be issued for:
Missed appointments
Late cancellations (within 14 days of your appointment)
Design or consultation services
Client dissatisfaction with design or finished tattoo

Appointment Type Changes
You cannot amend the type of appointment after booking. If your design needs have changed, you must attend your appointment and discuss this directly with Nathan. If more time or a different setup is required, a new booking (with payment) may be necessary.

Communication Policy
Nathan does not monitor or respond to emails, texts, phone calls, or social media messages. We understand this may not suit everyone and apologize for any inconvenience.
Before booking, we ask all clients to accept and respect Nathan’s preferred method of working to avoid misunderstandings.

Aftercare Instructions
Remove cling film
Rinse with lukewarm, unfragranced soapy water*
Pat dry with a paper towel
Apply a light layer* of ointment
Avoid:
Sun exposure and submerging in water for 7–10 days*
Heavy workouts for 2–3 days*
Swimming, spas, baths — showers are fine*

Right to Refuse Service
Nathan reserves the right to cancel or decline any appointment without refund if:
The tattoo request is outside his style*, inappropriate, or offensive
The client is underage*, under the influence, or abusive/inappropriate
The client is unhygienic, disruptive, or problematic*
Changes made to the appointment are not suitable for Nathan's artistic direction
